Refund Policy

We want you to be sure GridGenius is right for your team before you pay for it, and that's what the free trial is for.

Free trial

Every new subscription starts with a 7-day free trial. If you cancel before the trial ends, you will not be charged.

Cancelling

You can cancel any time from your account. You keep access until the end of the billing period you've already paid for, and you won't be charged again.

Refunds

• First charge. If you forgot to cancel your trial, contact us within 7 days of your first charge and we will refund it in full.
• Billing mistakes. If you were charged twice, charged after cancelling, or charged the wrong amount, contact us and we will refund the error.
• Partial periods. Apart from the cases above, we don't refund partial billing periods. When you cancel, your access simply continues until the period ends.
• Where the law says otherwise. If the law where you live gives you further refund rights, those rights apply.

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days.
