Billing questions
How does the free trial work?
You get full access for 7 days. If you cancel before the trial ends, you won't be charged. Otherwise your plan starts automatically when the trial ends.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Cancel from your account page and you keep access until the end of the period you've paid for.
Can I switch between Coach and Team?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade at any time. The price difference is prorated automatically.
How are payments handled?
Payments are processed by Stripe. GridGenius never sees or stores your card number.
